Exchange & Return
Please email us at hello@nnyeo.com within 1 week of receiving your order to start your exchange or return. Do check through the terms below to see if your item is eligible.
Kindly note that all exchange or return shipping fees incurred will be borne by the customer. It's important that your parcel is sent via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options. Items must be packed in a box to ensure no parts (including product packaging) are damaged.
Physical exchanges and/or returns are possible by appointment only. Our warehouse is located at 100 Eunos Ave 7, Singapore 409572.
Amendments
If you would like to amend your order after completing payment, please email us at hello@nnyeo.com. If your parcel has not been collected by the courier and our packing team has not left the warehouse, we may be able to assist you.
Exchanges
We offer exchange of sizes for our collars and harnesses, subject to stock availability.
Return exclusions
Due to hygiene & safety concerns, we do not accept any returns for items from the following categories: Food, Toys, Tableware & Kitchenware, Beds & Loungers, Supplements & Topicals, Cleaning, Grooming, Carseats. Items purchased at marked down prices, or are customised, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please do check your order before checking out.
Exchange & Return Eligibility
Please ensure your items and its packaging are not damaged in any way. The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. Items that are do not fulfil these conditions and/or are damaged, soiled or stained in any way (liquid, fur, scratch, torn, bent with fold lines, etc) will not be accepted.
Refund
Once we have verified your return, a refund will be issued in the form of a voucher. Your voucher will be valid for 1 year from date of issue. Should you wish to receive a cash refund, a 5% fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and restocking costs.
Incorrect & Defective item
Please inspect your order upon reception and email hello@nnyeo.com. Do include your order number, product name and photos of the order. Our customer service team will assist you with an exchange. Please ensure your items are unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and in its original packaging. Please be reminded that if the product or product tag/packing has been damaged or tampered with in any way, exchanges or refunds will not be offered.
